PSYCHOLOGY
Degree: A.S.

This program provides a foundational understanding of Psychology with a focus on developmental psychology through the lifespan.

WHY STUDY THIS PROGRAM?
Graduates of the program are well prepared to continue their education in a Bachelor’s degree program or enter the workforce in a position that values an understanding of psychology.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Students will complete foundational courses in behavioral health, psychology, and sociology and then have the opportunity to focus on addiction counseling, cognitive conditions (autism, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and/or traumatic brain injury), and/or early childhood development.
